Abstract
Feeding mixtures used for fattening of broiler chickens were evaluated by mycotic diagnostics. Contamination in BR1 feeding mixtures was bet ween 1.0-14.5.10(3) h.j.g.-1. The BR2 feeding mixtures contained 1.5-7 .5.10(3) h.j.g-1, BR3 1.0-4.0.10(3) h.j.g.-1 and BR3T 3.5-11.0.10(3) h .j.g-1 of the spores. In five examined samples of BR1, the highest lev el of infestation was recorded in Penicillium genus (10.4.10(3)h.j.g-1 ), while Mucor genus reached the highest percentage of occurrence (80% ). In BR2 feeding mixtures the Penicillium genus was dominating (4.0.1 0(3) h.j.g-1) and the highest percentage of occurrence was reached by Rhizopus and Mucor genera (71.4%). The 100% occurrence of Mucor and Pe nicillium genera was observed in BR3 and BR3T samples, while the lowes t level of the infestation was represented by Penicillium genus (7.5.1 0(3) h.j.g-1). It can be stated that from the viewpoint of the micromy cetes occurrence, the hygienic level of the feeding mixtures was good.
