Abstract
The two independent order parameters required to describe the disorder -to-order transformation were analyzed by field-ion microscopy (FIM). Experiments confirmed that order parameters have particular correspond ing features in FIM micrograph. The local image regularity around the [100] pole reflects the B2 type order parameter and the [111] pole con tains information of the DO3 type one.
