Abstract
An unusual presentation of Merkel cell tumor located on the penis of a 67-year old black man is described. The tumor was initially diagnosed as metastatic undifferentiated carcinoma. Light microscopy, immunohis tochemistry, and electron microscopy were used to arrive at the final diagnosis.
