Abstract
Moya Moya disease is a cerebrovascular condition associated with occlu sion of the terminal portion of the internal carotid artery along with the appearance of an abnormal net-like system of collateral blood ves sels. This paper presents a description beginning in 1973 over a 6-yr. period of the speech-language performance of a Caucasian female diagn osed with the disease.
