Abstract
Doppler velocimetry is very useful as an antepartum surveillance tool that is able to detect pathologies of the fetus and predict the develo pment of acidosis and hypoxia. Appropriate use can help us to decrease the mortality and morbidity in identifying earlier compromised fetuse s.
