Abstract
In these times of eclecticism in psychotherapy, we propose a theoretic al and pragmatic model of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), cente red around the traumatized personality. Our model is a first attempt a t synthetizing several other theoretical proposals and allows for easy therapeutic applications with a constant reference to DSM IV.
