Abstract
The hexane extract of the bark of Entandrophragma delevoyi yielded the known compounds azadirone, 14 beta, 15 beta-epoxyazadirone, 6 alpha-a cetoxyazadirone, 6 alpha-acetoxy-14 beta,15 beta-epoxyazadirone, 6 alp ha-acetoxy-14 beta,15 beta-epoxyazadiradione, 3,4-secotirucalla-4(28), 7,24-triene-3,21 acid and two novel compounds, delevoyin A (3,4-secoti rucalla-4(28),7,24-trien-3-oic acid and delevoyin B (6 alpha-acetoxy-k ihadalactone).
