Abstract
This molecule represents a new polymorph of the title laser-dye aminoc oumarin compound, C12H10F3NO2. Torsion angles in the trifluoro moiety and intermolecular packing effects indicate significant structural dif ferences when compared to its polymorphic analog. The crystal structur e is stabilized by an intermolecular C-H...O contact of 3.324 (4) Angs trom.
