Abstract
For correlating ambient condition three stage fatigue crack growth (FC G) data generated at multiple load ratio (R) levels. a simplification of an FCG relation for single R-level (from literature) is proposed. T he simplification involves incorporating stipulated R-dependencies of some of the adjustable parameters in the FCG relation, and is aimed at improving the confidence in the adjustable parameter values determine d by least square fit. The proposed equation is reasonably successful for two test cases.
