Abstract
Novel polymeric light emitting diodes based on poly(p-phenylene vinyle ne) and polyimide LB films were fabricated. The former and the latter were used as the light emitting layer and the hole transporting layer, respectively. The results indicated that charge injection and electro luminescent efficiency were improved remarkably by the incorporation o f the polyimide hole transporting layer.
