Abstract
Several hardware implementations of lines, circles and polygons have b een reported in the literature. However, the hardware implementation o f parametric curves and patches has started receiving similar attentio n only recently. In this paper, two novel VLSI architectures for gener ating uniform B-spline curves are presented along with their performan ce estimates.
