Abstract
Since 5'5'-dinucleotides have been found in human organism, an increas
ing interest in separation methods of these compounds can be recognize
d. Their separation with conventional reversed-phase columns in the gr
adient elution mode affords more than 60 min. It has been demonstrated
that an ion-pair reversed-phase HPLC based on perfusion chromatograph
y achieves separation of dinucleotides within 10 min with high reprodu
cibility, resolution and capacity.
