Abstract
(110)-oriented thin films and ultrafine powders of La2NiO4 and La1.5Sr 0.5NiO4 were prepared by a spray-ICP technique. The composition of the powder showed excess La compared with the starting mother solution. L a2NiO4 and La1.5Sr0.5NiO4 thin films exhibited metallic electrical res istivity.
