Air humidity and temperature are two important environmental parameter
s which have a considerable effect on product quality and the amount o
f energy put into baking processes. At high temperatures, many methods
and devices fail precisely in the measurement of the air humidity wit
hin the manufacturing process. The HT-350 hygrometer offers a device s
pecifically designed for measurements in environments of up to 350 deg
rees C. Air humidity, melting point temperature and operating temperat
ure are registered right when the production process takes place withi
n the oven, through which the HT-350 passes on the same route as the d
ough.
