f clients in acute care, in traumatic brain injury (TBI) rehabilitatio
n programs, and in the community. Tools must be brief, have proven rel
iability, and measure characteristics common to moderately and severel
y brain-injured individuals. Possible components of a uniform dataset
dedicated to TBI are described.
