Abstract
The kinetics of anionic polymerization of thienylmethylcyclotetrasilox ane with tetramethylammonium hydroxide has been studied. The polymeriz ation mechanism is presented. It is shown that the kinetic curves are well described within the frames of the considered mechanism. The nume rical values of the reaction rate constants for different stages of po lymerization are determined.
