Abstract
We present a case report (with review of the literature) of a 3-year-o ld child who was struck by an automobile, sustaining a superior quadra nt pelvic fracture that involved the sacroiliac joint, the adjacent il ium, and the acetabulum. This was successfully treated by open reducti on and fixation with cannulated screws.
