Abstract
This article describes a new method of external traction elevation whi ch is applied to the breast in order to perform an oncologically thoro ugh glandular removal and axillary dissection followed by immediate au tologous reconstruction while significantly reducing wound morbidity a nd greatly improving cosmesis.
