Abstract
A new technique for the correction of the severely deviated nose is de scribed. After submucosal resection of the septum, the nasal hump is r esected, reversed, and reinserted. This technique was applied to 27 pa tients over a four-year period with successful results. The advantages and disadvantages of the method are discussed.
