Abstract
The authors discuss the relationship between dopaminergic medication a buse and hypersexuality. This is the first reported case of levodopa d ependence mediated and reinforced by hypersexuality. The medication ab use started in an attempt to control parkinsonian symptoms but eventua lly led to high-risk, uncontrollable sexual behavior.
