Abstract
Space position and orientation of the axis of solenoidal magnet in spa ce coordinates connected with warm hole cryostat body may be matter of interest. Fast and precise method was developed based on mapping the field vector component B on parallel circular paths of common axis und er and over the magnet field center. Coincidence of this geometrical a xis connected with upper and lower flanges of cryostat with magnetic o ne results in rotational independence of B values i.e. B(phi) = const. Any mis alignment results in quasi harmonic behaviour B(phi) with amp litude which depends on degree of mis alignment. Iterative procedure r educing value of this mis alignment amplitude up to regaining prescrib ed degree of axes coincidence and all the device are described.
