Abstract
This paper describes the Iron-destructive technique of in situ measure ment of critical currents I-c of individual weak links in thin film su perconducting quantum de interferometers (de SQUIDs). The low temperat ure scanning laser microscope (LTLSM) is used to study the SQUID resis tive response to the laser radiation and to measure the critical curre nts I-c1 and I-c2 of the weak links separately.
