Abstract
Analysis of green and yellow leaflets of Schefflera arboricola indicat ed that the green leaflets contained ten times more endogenous cytokin ins than the yellow ones. Most of the detected cytokinin-like activity co-chromatographed with dihydrozeatin which is resistant to cytokinin oxidase.
