Abstract
The sensitivity, time resolution, and information context of basic myc ological parameters are compared in the context of soil biomonitoring. Changes in population characteristics and stages of development of po llution-sensitive fungal species are shown to be more sensitive than b iocenotic responses. An inventory of fungal species indicative of vari ous anthropogenic factors affecting soil has been compiled.
