Abstract
A new genus and species in the subfamily Eubriinae, Macroeubria jaechi Lee and Yang described from the Oriental region, is compared in detai l with Eubria palustris Germar and Macroeubria lewisi Nakane. The new species and major generic characters are illustrated with line drawing s, and the right elytra of the species are illustrated with scanning e lectron photomicrographs.
