Abstract
Kinetics of the fluctuation-induced eddy pairs has been studied in a s uperconductor when going from the para-phase to the ordered state. Wit hin the limits of numerous experiments, it is shown that such pairs ar e persistently produced by typical configurations of the two-component order parameter when it interacts with a calibration electromagnetic field. The role of these perturbations in the initiation of the first- kind superconducting transition is discussed.
