The temperature dependencies of elastic modulus, internal friction, Po
isson ratio in the range from 20 to 600 degrees C as well as of therma
l conductivity and electrical resistance at temperatures from 20 to 10
00 degrees C have been determined for type 13Cr-2Mo-Nb-V-B ferritic-ma
rtensitic steel irradiated at 280 degrees C in the BN-350 fast reactor
to neutron fluence of 4.03 x 10(26) n/m(2) (E > 0.1 MeV). During isoc
hronal annealings at temperatures up to 0.65T(m) the recovery of the p
roperties for irradiated steel has been investigated in the range of h
omologous temperatures from 0.28T(m) to 0.53T(m). A pronounce recovery
was observed at four substages in the temperature interval from 380 t
o 620 degrees C. The activation energies determined for all recovery s
ubstages varied from 1.11 eV to 4.09 eV.
