Abstract
Many organizations fail to consider outsourcing when evaluating the fe
asibility of reengineering because of expense and lack of risk coverag
e. In these two case studies, the contracting organizations used an of
f-shore software house. They saved 35 percent over local bids, and the
results were guaranteed.
