Abstract
Although simultaneous endometrial and ovarian tumors are observed occa sionally, rarely are the two neoplasms histologically disparate. We re port a case of simultaneous endometrial malignant mixed mesodermal tum or and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma with a single right external ilia c lymph node metastasis. Using immunohistochemical profiles, we demons trated that the two tumors are separate primary neoplasms and identifi ed the origin of the metastatic deposit as the mixed malignant mesoder mal tumor.
