Abstract
Endometriosis involving the kidneys is rare. To our knowledge we repor t the first case in which kidney involvement was the initial manifesta tion of this condition. Because of previous bilateral oophorectomy the diagnosis of endometriosis was improbable. Hormone replacement therap y was implicated in the etiology.
