Abstract
We report a case of pseudolymphoma of the kidney. Examination of a sur gically resected specimen showed that the lesion was localized in the renal parenchyma. It was impossible to achieve an accurate preoperativ e diagnosis clinically or radiologically because there were no charact eristic findings. To the best of our knowledge no previous case of a p seudolymphoma localized in the renal parenchyma has been reported.
