Abstract
We report a case of autotransplantation performed 21 years ago in a pa tient suffering from intractable loin pain. Long-term followup, the pa thogenesis of pain in regard to renal innervation and the value of aut otransplantation as a form of complete sensory denervation are discuss ed.
