Abstract
A man with metastatic small cell carcinoma of the bladder who was trea ted with methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin and cisplatin therapy achieved complete remission with disease-free survival of more than 9 years. The nature of this unusual form of bladder carcinoma and the co urse of the disease in our case are discussed.
