Abstract
We prove L(p) estimates for oscillating spectral multipliers on Lie gr oups of polynomial volume growth and Riemannian manifolds of nonnegati ve curvature. We apply these results to obtain L(p) estimates for the Riesz means of the Schrodinger operator.
