Solomon syndrome is peculiar in that it consists of the association of
epidermal nevi with visceral abnormalities. It is always sporadic and
must be distinguished from syndromes with epidermolytic epidermal nev
i, which require a distinct approach as far as genetic counselling in
concerned. We report a case associating sebaceous nevus, myocardiopath
y and corpus callosa agenesia. Myocardiopathy has never been reported
as being associated and there is only one case of corpus callosa agene
sia in association with epidermal nevus in the literature.
