Abstract
The synthesis of novel trans-3,4-bifunctional silacyclopentane derivat ives based on the reaction of 6-oxa-3-silabicyclo[3.1.0]-hexanes with aminated and oxygenated nucleophiles is described. One compound has po tential as an antidepressant and anxiolytic agent.
