Abstract
The cyclopentadienyl substituted di- and trisilanes (Cp(2)SiMe)(2), (C pSiMe(2))(2) and Cp(2)Si(SiMe(3))(2), (Cp = C5H5) were prepared and ch aracterized by Si-29-NMR and vibrational (IR) spectroscopy as well as elemental analyses. All silanes exist as mixtures of isomers resulting from silatropic rearrangements.
