L. Tarhan et W. Hummel, IMMOBILIZATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PHENYLETHANOL DEHYDROGENASE FROM LACTOBACILLUS KEFIR AND ITS APPLICATION IN A FLOW-INJECTION-ANALYSIS SYSTEM, Process biochemistry, 30(1), 1995, pp. 49-55
Phenylethanol dehydrogenase was isolated from Lactobacillus kefir, and
some kinetic parameters and properties of native and immobilised phen
ylethanol dehydrogenase on the modified DEAE-Cellulose, Bioran, Mobite
c, and VA-epoxy were investigated. The activity of immobilised phenyle
thanol dehydrogenase was examined in a glow-injection-analysis system
in relation to the concentration of diacetyl in water and beer.
