Abstract
Adult onset Still's disease (AOSD) is an uncommon, systemic, inflammat ory disorder of unknown etiology characterized by the triad of fever, arthritis and rash. We describe 2 cases of cardiac tamponade in patien ts with AOSD, review reported cases, and describe the features, and th erapy of AOSD.
