Abstract
The problem of diagnosing ''readiness to take risks'' and ''rationalit y'' as personal factors influencing decision making is discussed. The connection of these factors to intellectual mediation of decision maki ng is investigated. The method of ''personal factors of decision makin g'' based on standard Q-sorting procedure is presented.
