A. Anton et al., EFFECTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL-FACTORS AND MN, ZN CU TRACE-ELEMENTS ON THE SOIL PHOSPHOMONOESTERASE AND AMIDASE ACTIVITY - APPLICATION OF DISITOBI MODEL, Acta biologica Hungarica, 45(1), 1994, pp. 39-50
A soil incubation experiment was carried out in a complex experimental
system to simulate the effect of environmental factors and 3 trace el
ements on the phosphomonoesterase and amidase activity of 2 soils. DIS
TIOBI model assures information about experimental object characterize
d by multidimensional response-function. Plant residue + mineral nitro
gen addition increased phosphomonoesterase activity of investigated so
ils through its effect on enzyme synthesis. A significant part of the
increase in phosphomonesterase activity is the result of the exogenous
enzyme input of plant residues. Mineral phosphorus addition reduced t
he activity after 16 days incubation under our experimental conditions
. Plant residue + mineral nitrogen addition reduced amidase activity o
f chernozem soil presumably due to ammonium and nitrate inhibiting soi
l amidases.
