Abstract
An autocorrelation system by second harmonic generation with organic c rystal POM is described. Picosecond optical pulses produced by a 1.55 mu m gain-switching distributed feedback laser diode have been measure d and the detection sensitivity of the system of 70 mu W for average p ower is obtained.
