Abstract
The influence of phosphate on growth and uptake by photosynthetic (mix otrophic) and non-photosynthetic (heterotrophic) soya tissue culture w as studied. A stimulating effect of light on the biomass accumulation and sucrose uptake was observed only for phosphate-containing medium.
