Abstract
The spectral and conformational analyses of humosine A (corytensine), a phthalideisoquinoline hemiacetal alkaloid from Corydalis humosa, wer e obtained by a combination of 1D nmr techniques and computer modellin g, and its X-ray structure confirmed.
