Abstract
Kent bundles are seldom visualized at operation, but, in the patient d escribed, the pathway was subepicardial, running superficial to the ri ght coronary artery. This was probably why radiofrequency ablation fai led. When this unusual pathway course is encountered, the epicardial a pproach should be used at operation.
