PULSED-LASER MICROTOMOGRAPH

This paper describes a pulsed laser tomographic apparatus that has bee n implemented in practice and has a spatial resolution of 2-5 mu m in the transverse direction and approximate to 70 mu m in the probe-radia tion propagation direction. Experiments have been performed with model objects. Results have been obtained that confirm the possibility of e arly diagnosis of skin mycoses that cannot be diagnosed by existing me thods.
