Abstract
10 children between 3 and 9 years old, have been operated on for an ec hinococcosis cyst of the lung, by a thoracoscopic procedure. It was a vomited cyst in 6 cases, a pyopneumocyst in 1 case, and a jung non com plicated and univesicular cyst in 3 cases. The surgical procedure is d escribed. We brought into beeing the operative conditions such it is n owadays an excellent alternative to the classical thoracotomy.
