Abstract
An opto-electronic system for the profile, intensity and energy measur ements of the plasma beams generated by the pulsed are-discharge metho d has been presented. The energy determination is based on the time-of -night method. The electronic scheme of the amplifier is given and the applicability of the system to amorphous diamond coating depositions is described.
