Abstract
The results of studying a DILAN-M pulsed laser generating at lambda = 337.1 nm and lambda = 308 nm with RU-75/0.5 low-pressure discharger ar e given. It is shown that the discharger can be installed in pulsed la sers with switched energies of 5-10 J and the number of pulses before failure of greater than or equal to 10(9).
