Abstract
The magnetisation behaviour M(H degrees) of ideal and non-ideal Type I I superconductors in disc-geometry and in perpendicular applied field H degrees is obtained by numerical calculation and is compared with ex periment on niobium and BSCCO single crystal specimens.
